This Antibody test is not approved for medical diagnosis for the novel corona virus infection(COVID-19) so that the person who have fever , flue symptoms , or returning from abroad within 1 months is not indicated for this antibody test.

We generously decline your offer of the antibody test if you are highly suspicious under the status of current the novel corona virus infection.

If you need diagnosis of  COVID-19, you have to call public call center for PCR test.

2. When do you get our result?

The rapid test： you can get the result on that day of your visit.

Performed at outside Laboratory: you get result few days  later

If you have any situation mentioned below, please contact to us over the phone before visiting and entering to our clinic.

If you have appointment with us and your situation had changed after making appointment, please contact us before showing as well as first visitor.
 

If you have any situation mentioned below, you can’t get medical consultation and examination on that day of your visit.

We will ask you reschedule of your visit if you have one of these situations mentioned below.

We might ask you to leave our clinic immediately if you enter without preliminary calling us.

Please understand our regulation since our facilities are not suitable to accept situation mentioned below.

       The situation that we ask you to notify us over the phone before visiting us
□ If you have fever (especially over 37.0 ℃)
□ If you have one of flu symptoms* mentioned below with or without fever
□ If you or your close persons(family, friend, roommate colleague and so on) are returning from abroad（all over the world） within 1 months
□ If you contacted to a patient or suspicious person of nouveau Corona virus infection (COVID-19)
□ If you are taking pain killer of medication for flu continuously
*examples of flue like symptoms: fever, throat pain, nasal discharge, cough, sputum, dyspnea(hard to breath ), vertigo, dizziness, general fatigue, losing appetite, muscle pain, arthralgia, abdominal pain, diarrhea, faintness, nausea, vomiting , reduced sensation of tasting foods , reduced sensation of smelling
 

2. Patients who wish to have consultation of nouveau Corona virus infection(COVID-19)

We are not able to perform examination or test for COVID-19.
Please contact to public official consultation telephone center if you need consultation of COVID-19.

We don’t have any special facilities and medical protector to perform throat examination such as flu test and streptococcus rapid test according to guidelines of MHLW and medical societies, so that we are temporarily terminated medical examination and test that special equipment is necessary.

3. Regulation of wearing facial mask

Please wear facial mask when you enter to our clinic.

Especially, if you are not wearing facial mask when have fever and/or  flu symptom(s), we might kindly ask you to leaving immediately from our clinic.

4. Please come without accompanies

Please visit us without accompanies, except having disabilities such as walking disabilities, cognitive disfunction and so on and needing in assistance, or teenagers who need guardians.

We might ask accompanies to stay outside when waiting area is crowded.

Accompanies must wear mask.

Accompanies must not have fever, flu symptoms and should not a person who is  recently coming back from abroad within 1 months.

4. Patients who are visiting us regularly because of medication for chronic diseases

If you have any concerns to visit us such as flu symptoms of yourself or returning from abroad, please contact to us for continuing medication. “Over the phone” consultation with your doctor is available.

Telephone outpatient is available only for regular visitors who have good relationship with a doctor.

First visit is necessary to our clinic.

Oversea consultation is not available because of regulation by the government.

Medication is available for only regular medication for chronic disease with stable symptoms.

Examples of chronic diseases: life related disease (hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes,  and so on), Neurological disease (migraine prevention, epilepsy, cognitive dysfunction) Medication for internal medicine (asthma without acute symptoms, thyroid dysfunction with stable clinical dates)

Additional medication for flu symptoms is not allowed by regulation of government.
